The You!

What is life?

But a collection of uncertainties,

Assemblage of impermanence.

Uncertainties and impermanence are the ones that make life 

Beautiful to live 

As well as

Bestial to loathe.

Something that leaves you - makes you sad for a while

But then, think of the beauty it left behind!

Something that comes to you - makes you feel like you possess the entire world!

But then, think of the void within you that you let it fill! 

In this impermanent world, the only permanent thing is - you for yourself.

The changes you adapt to,

The flow you go with,

The things you let slide by,

The people you entertain just because.

End of the day, it all comes down to you - your reaction; your acceptance; your understanding.

"Nee mattum dhan indha ulagathile unakku thunai endru vilangividum" 😊

Everything comes from within you; everything is within you; everything is you! 

End of the day - It is just you for yourself.


This post is dedicated to my very good friend who had to adapt to a change because they had to go with the flow!


I never intended this post to be this way - but it took the shape it wanted. 

My dear friend - I understand the void I let you fill within me. I don't regret it. 

Light always illuminates cracks. Thank you for showing me my cracks! And for filling them up with your golden light! 🩷 

I hope we are able to do it again.

Days of contradicting emotions!

Flip the Script

Imagine there is something or someone very dear to you. You love it/them so much that you think of it/ them day and night, every waking moment. Even in your sleep, you dream of it/them.  Slowly you realize that the thing or the person that/who was once dear to you now starts to become an obligation, a commitment that your brain cannot let go of.  Gradually, the joy turns into anxiety and eventually to pain.  Have you ever stopped and wondered why a thing of joy has now become your source of pain?  Okay - Let's ditch the abstract talk and get specific.  Say you are a parent.
